INGREDIENTS
- 1 CANTALOUPE MELON
- 200g PROSCIUTTO
- HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL
- OLIVE OIL
- BLACK PEPPER
HOW TO MAKE A PROSCIUTTO & MELON PLATTER
- HALVE THE MELON AND SCOOP OUT THE SEEDS. CAREFULLY CUT EACH SIDE INTO AROUND 8 DELICATE HALF MOON SLICES.
- PLACE ONTO PLATES AND ARRANGE THE PROSCIUTTO OVER AND AROUND THE SLICES. SCATTER WITH SOME BABY BASIL LEAVES. FINISH WITH A DRIZZLE OF OLIVE OIL AND A CRACK OF BLACK PEPPER.
