RELAXED APERITIVO HOUR

Soft sweet melon slices piled high with salty cured meat and finished with a crack of black pepper. The best snack to enjoy with a summer sundowner. Delizioso!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 CANTALOUPE MELON
  • 200g PROSCIUTTO
  • HANDFUL OF FRESH BASIL
  • OLIVE OIL
  • BLACK PEPPER

HOW TO MAKE A PROSCIUTTO & MELON PLATTER

  1. HALVE THE MELON AND SCOOP OUT THE SEEDS. CAREFULLY CUT EACH SIDE INTO AROUND 8 DELICATE HALF MOON SLICES.
  2. PLACE ONTO PLATES AND ARRANGE THE PROSCIUTTO OVER AND AROUND THE SLICES. SCATTER WITH SOME BABY BASIL LEAVES.  FINISH WITH A DRIZZLE OF OLIVE OIL AND A CRACK OF BLACK PEPPER.
  3. SERVE WITH AN AMALFI SUNSET SPRITZ
