INGREDIENTS

  • 100ML MALFY CON LIMONE
  • 50ML LEMON JUICE
  • 30ML SUGAR SYRUP
  • 2 SCOOPS OF LEMON SORBET
  • TOP WITH PROSECCO
  • MINT GARNISH

HOW TO MAKE A SGROPPINO

  1. IN A SHAKER, MIX THE MALFY CON LIMONE, LEMON JUICE AND SUGAR SYRUP.
  2. STRAIN THE MIXTURE INTO A CHILLED GLASS. ADD THE LEMON SORBET.
  3. TOP WITH PROSECCO AND GARNISH WITH FRESH MINT LEAVES.
  4. SERVE ALONGSIDE SOME ITALIAN SWEET BISCUITS.
