- 50ML LEMON JUICE
- 30ML SUGAR SYRUP
- 2 SCOOPS OF LEMON SORBET
- TOP WITH PROSECCO
- MINT GARNISH
HOW TO MAKE A SGROPPINO
- IN A SHAKER, MIX THE MALFY CON LIMONE, LEMON JUICE AND SUGAR SYRUP.
- STRAIN THE MIXTURE INTO A CHILLED GLASS. ADD THE LEMON SORBET.
- TOP WITH PROSECCO AND GARNISH WITH FRESH MINT LEAVES.
- SERVE ALONGSIDE SOME ITALIAN SWEET BISCUITS.
