PEACH BELLINI ICE POPS

The Bellini was invented at the famous Harry’s Bar in Venice. The super sweet flesh of white peaches combines perfectly with juicy Sicilian blood orange flavoured Malfy con Arancia.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 LARGE PEACHES
- 2 TBSP CASTER SUGAR
- 25ML MALFY CON ARANCIA
- 1 ORANGE JUICED
HOW TO MAKE PEACH BELLINI ICE POPS
- BLANCH THE PEACHES IN HOT WATER FOR 2 MINUTES SO THAT THE SKINS CAN EASILY BE REMOVED.
- HALVE THE PEACHES, REMOVE THE STONES AND SLICE THINLY.
- RESERVE AROUND 12 SLICES.
- BLITZ THE REMAINING PEACH SLICES, SUGAR, ORANGE JUICE & MALFY CON ARANCIA TOGETHER.
- PLACE 2 SLICES OF PEACH IN EACH LOLLY MOULD AND TOP WITH THE MIXTURE.
- ALLOW TO FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS.
- SERVE WITH A TWISTED BELLINI.
