Earthy rich figs and creamy gorgonzola combined with crunchy walnut pieces and finished in a luxurious drizzle of truffle honey.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 FIGS
  • 50G GORGONZOLA
  • DRIZZLE OF TRUFFLE OIL
  • 2 TBSP RUNNY HONEY
  • 1 TBSP WALNUTS ROUGHLY CHOPPED
  • 4 SLICES OF ITALIAN CIABATTA BREAD

TO SERVE:

A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH THYME

HOW TO MAKE FIG & GORGONZOLA WITH TRUFFLE HONEY

  1. COMBINE THE TRUFFLE OIL AND HONEY IN A SMALL BOWL AND SET ASIDE.
  2. LIGHTLY TOAST THE SLICED BREAD.
  3. SLICE THE FIGS AND CRUMBLE THE GORGONZOLA OVER THEM.
  4. SPRINKLE WITH THE WALNUTS AND THYME OVER THEM. FINISH WITH A DRIZZLE OF TRUFFLE HONEY.
  5. SERVE WITH A CON LIMONE GIN & TONIC.
