HOW TO MAKE A FENNEL, ORANGE & ROCKET SALAD

USE A SHARP KNIFE TO REMOVE THE SKIN OF THE ORANGES AND CAREFULLY CUT OUT THE SEGMENTS.
COMBINE THE ORANGE WITH THE SLICED FENNEL, ROCKET AND PARMESAN IN THE BOWL.
DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND SEASON.
