FENNEL, ORANGE & ROCKET SALAD

SUPER FAST NIBBLES FOR FRIENDS
Thinly sliced and tossed with peppery rocket and tangy orange slices. Finish with a drizzle of golden olive oil and it’s ready to go.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 LARGE FENNEL BULB SLICED THINLY
- 2 ORANGES
- 90g ROCKET
- 50g PARMESAN SHAVED
- OLIVE OIL
- PINCH OF SEA SALT
- BLACK PEPPER
HOW TO MAKE A FENNEL, ORANGE & ROCKET SALAD
- USE A SHARP KNIFE TO REMOVE THE SKIN OF THE ORANGES AND CAREFULLY CUT OUT THE SEGMENTS.
- COMBINE THE ORANGE WITH THE SLICED FENNEL, ROCKET AND PARMESAN IN THE BOWL.
- DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL AND SEASON.
- SERVE WITH A MALFY CON LIMONE GINTONICA
