INGREDIENTS

  • 275g CHARGRILLED ARTICHOKES IN OLIVE OIL
  • 200g SUN DRIED TOMATOES
  • 200g OLIVES
  • 300g CURED SLICED MEATS (PROSCIUTTO/BRESAOLA/SALAMI)
  • 150g PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 150g MOZZARLLA (WE’VE USED SMOKED)
  • 120g ITALIAN BREADSTICKS
  • 170g ITALIAN TARALLI (TRADITIONAL ROUND BREAD STICKS)
  • 4 FIGS

HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT ANTIPASTI PLATTER

  1. TEAR MOZZARELLA INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES AND CRUMBLE THE PARMESAN. ARRANGE ROUGHLY ON A BOARD ALONG WITH THE CURED MEATS, OLIVES, TOMATOES, ARTICHOKES AND BREAD STICKS.
  2. FINISH WITH THE FIGS SLICED IN HALF.
