1. By participating in this promotional event (the “Event”), all Participants (as defined below) fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) herein and further acknowledge that the decisions of World Brands Duty Free Limited (trading as Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail), whose registered office is at Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG, , the organizer of this Event (the “Promoter”), shall be final and binding in all matters related to this Event.

 

  1. This Event is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation (“Participants”). Participants may be asked to present proof of their age, such as identification card or passport, by the Promoter’s affiliates or employees of the participating outlet at the Location so that they may verify that the Participant is at least 18 years of age. Participants shall not involve any person who is under the legal drinking age in Italy in their participation in the Event and shall otherwise be fully and solely responsible for all liability, damages, loss and cost arising as a result of such misconduct. Employees of: (i) the Promoter, (ii) the participating outlet at the Location and (iii) any agencies associated with this Event, and such employees’ respective family members are not eligible to participate in this Event.

  1. The terms of the promotion for this Event are as follows:
  1. A free tasting of Malfy Gin con Limone and/or Malfy Gin con Rosa for Participants;
  2. Participants who are RED BY DUFRY members (Dufry’s loyalty program) can receive 10% discount on a single bottle of Malfy Gin con Limone or Malfy Gin con Rosa [upon showing their membership credentials to the sales assistant]; and
  3. Free gift for Participants that buy any two bottles of Malfy Gin con Limone or Malfy Gin con Rosa (the “Gift”).

 

  1. Each Participant is only eligible to receive one Gift for the Event during the Applicable Period. The Gift will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Should the Promoter’s stock of the Gifts run out, the Promoter shall have no obligation to provide any alternative cash payment or substitute gift.

 

  1. The Participants and/or guests of the Event shall take reasonable care of the items used for the Event in accordance with any safety/operation information provided by the Promoter and/or staff of the Location.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portion of the Terms, or cancel, suspend or stop this Event at any time with or without prior notice.

 

  1. If any provision of the Terms or its application to any circumstances shall, to any extent, be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and the application of the said provision to other circumstances shall not be affected, and each and every provision of the Terms shall remain enforceable in full force and to the greatest extent as the law would allow.
