HOW TO MAKE AN ARANCIA E MIELE SOUR

IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER, SHAKE FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS WITHOUT ICE TO CREATE A FOAMY TEXTURE.  THEN SHAKE WITH ICE AND STRAIN INTO A CHILLED GLASS OVER ICE.  GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE WEDGE.
